Love the Notebook Amy!! That is a great tutorial for pretzels. I remember pretzels were something I made as a child. I found a recipe in a cookbook and begged my mom to let me make them. What a mess! :) God bless her for letting me do it – it was part of a life-long love of baking and cooking. Long live the pretzel! :)

Did you ever see my post about making pretzels? Epic fail :) I left them in the baking soda solution for a long time, didn’t realize you were just supposed to give them a dip. I don’t know if my hubby will ever eat a homemade pretzel from me again :)
