		<description>I am so glad you liked the soup!! I will have to look for reduced fat pesto- I had no idea that there even was such a thing. I did try the soup with 2% evaporated milk in a can and that worked beautifully too. Thanks so much for sharing your feedback!!</description>

		<description>I know this post is a little older, but I had to come back to it and say I LOVED this soup - it was a hit last night with my husband and I. My kids not so much, but since we made little pepperoni tortilla &quot;pizzas&quot; to go with it, they didn&#039;t starve.  I used my immersion handheld blender which made it so easy.  Just wanted to say I loved the soup and how easy it was to make and I love the notebook as well.  I did sub in the half and half and reduced fat pesto.</description>
