I need to stop worrying about perfection to be happier myself, especially when it comes to motherhood.

This new year I&#039;m trying to get back to healthier eating habits for me and my family, trying to read my Bible more often, trying to be more patient with me and my family. I think all these will lead toward a happier year!</description>

I would love to read this book and work on a happiness project of my own. I know I can always be happier and mom being happier mean the whole family is happier!

I am doing the 30 Day Shred to incorporate exercise and already after 4 days I&#039;m feeling more energy in the morning and a reason to get out of bed. I know I need to work on religious study and keeping my house in order so we have more time for fun. I like the idea of thinking of these &quot;resolutions&quot; as something that will lead me to more happiness. I&#039;ve already been working on more &quot;me&quot; time by reading regularly again and I love it. Sorry for such a long comment...and THANK YOU!</description>
