Last year, I made mini chalkboard for my daughters presxhool teachers. I forget where I saw it (sorrY)

You simply get some chalkboard paint and a picture frame. You just take the glass out and spray it with the paint and reinsert it.

A friend of mine came up with idea of making her own "Find It" games. You can use plastic water bottles, fill them with sand or rice and stuff them full of those small toys that seem to be every where in my house! You can make them for kids or adults...for the adults, you can use a wine bottle. It's a great homemade gift that doesnt' cost much, if anything.

Cute ideas!

We packed small gift bags with Bath&Body; works Christmas handsoap (3/$10!) with small cookie cutters, a tea bag and/or coffee sampler with a couple of cookies. I like the idea of reusable bags, I wish I had thought of that.

Kelly Morris
www.themorristribe.net

Thanks for the idea. We made mugs for the grandparents one year, but I think I will use this for my daughter's teacher this year and fill it with some of our homemade cookies we make every year as well as a giftcard for coffee. Thanks!

Mama K- Those would look really cute with hand prints. I have a few of those types of crafts in the works over here too. Hand prints are always a grandparent favorite!!
