Oh I adore couple costumes…and the Wizard of Oz? My absolute fave. My little bro and I were Dorothy and the Scarecrow when I was in 3rd grade. *happy sigh*

I am fearing that this is the last year that I can force them to live out my childhood fantasies (*sob*)

The tin man costume was made by my fantastically gifted mother-in-law and the Dorothy costume was found at a consignment shop. The sparkly shoes courtesy of Target- love thrifty costumes :)

    Happy Halloween, sweet friends!

Those costumes are so much fun. I can't believe your MIL made the tin man!

What great pictures! And how fun! Lots of years ago our whole family dressed up like Wizard of Oz, it was lots of fun!

Cute! We had a little Dorothy at our door on Saturday night. She even had a real live Toto on a leash!

I love it! Those are both awesome! I tried really hard to talk my Gracie into a Dorothy costume. It's all about the shoes. Alas, it didn't go.

I'd love to see a tutorial on how you made those. :)

Tara- I found the Dorothy costume at a consignment shop and the Tin Man costume was created by my super savvy mother-in-law. She is quite the seamstress!!!

    Thanks so much for peeking!
