Mmmmm…I am so glad you guys liked them. Love the idea of freezing some of the syrup for the next time. I might have to do that too sometime. So glad that the recipe was a hit!

These were light, crisp and fantastic! Loved them with the blueberry syrup, too! We made a double batch per your suggestion so I can freeze some for later. I had some leftover buttermilk, so I added it in for about half the milk. I also added a touch of vanilla. Amazing!! Thank you, Amy!!

Thank you for sharing both recipes! We LOVE blueberries around here and have been eating them by the handfuls this summer. That pancake syrup looks easy to make and delicious too…I can't wait to try it!

I just thaw some frozen berries with some sugar on top and pour them over pancakes! its quick and easy!

Karen- You are so right, those waffles are the best. We make them about once a week now!

Renee- I love the idea of adding orange extract- what a great inclusion. I will do that next time.

Hattie- I could not resist getting that little hand in there. They just grow up too fast and those dimpled hands will be grown before I know it I am enjoying these moments while they last!!
