I wish I had a fridge that crushed ice, or a really good blender. My frozen drinks never turn out well because the ice never really crushes that great. That is what holds me back from making these. Perhaps it is worth getting a new blender? I guess that would defeat the whole frugality of it all. LOL

Great news in Pumpkin Shake-land! The Magic Milkshake recipe works to make a pumpkin shake!! I just decreased the oil a little and put a couple of heaping tablespoons of canned pumpkin and a generous dash of pumpkin pie spice and blended it up (followed the rest of the recipe as written). My, oh MY! I thought it was fabulous! Thanks, Amy!

I've had it on the brain to break out the blender and use it some more this summer. I was thinking some good smoothie drinks for breakfast, but a frosty for dessert would def. earn me "coolest mom ever" points.
