I thought I saw it here? Anyway, I loved this idea and made 11 of them for Christmas for my nieces and nephews and my own children. I cut out their names in scrapbook paper and circles of scrapbook paper (some I had to print out) personalized to their favorite activities. EG, my daughter's had volleyball, music, her high school, dressy designs, etc. My son had his favorite sports and teams. A couple nieces had horses and party clothes. It was really a fun project.
