I had never made bars (besides the occassional lemon bars). Instead I have spent countless evenings scooping out cookie dough only to have them quickly devoured. Why did it never occur to me to make a quick and easy bar?!? So much easier and just as tasty. Cookies will now be saved for special occassions! I just made these–very yummy and soooo easy.
