I just remembered another milk/chicken recipe.

My aunt makes a chicken breast/milk dish but adds sauteed spinach and I think adobos (sp) chili (the kind with peppers and the sauce in one can).

Super duper spicy but addictive and yummy. :)

I am looking forward to the next experiment! :D

I love the embossed rocks! Those would be great in the garden to label the different fruits/veggies that are planted.

I saw that tablecloth last week and LOVE it. Wish someone could make one for me.

In regards to the chicken cooked in milk, I once made a pork dish cooked in milk and it was AMAZING (I am thinking it was a Martha recipe, but its been nearly many years since I made it).

The second time I made it, I had too high of a heat, and it made the texture of the milk icky icky, so I would say just be sure not to start out at too high of a heat like I did.

As far as I'm concerned meat cooked in milk is delish. :)
