[...] Rosemary Chicken – I have a huge fresh rosemary plant growing in front of my house that I’ve barely touched this season, so I was thrilled to find an opportunity to use some of it up. We’re pairing it with a fresh romaine side salad and this roasted broccoli to amp up our vegetable intake. [...]

Thanks Amy. I could totally see my kids saying "what's the green stuff?" and then not eating, which is why I asked. But I remember that Ethan is a little picky, so if he ate a lot, it's probably a good one. I'll try it and see what happens! Thanks again.

Laura- You know, my kids actually DID eat it :) I had it cut up so the rosemary was probably less noticeable. Ethan ate almost a whole piece of chicken by himself. It was a hit overall.

Stef- We buy our chicken at two different places. The first place is at Sam's Club- the bags of Tyson frozen chicken breasts. They do not use growth hormones in their chicken and the breasts are relatively the same size and in a good size portion.

The second is from a local place called Shelton's Farm. They actually provide meat for the area restaurants and it is fresh and good quality.

I hope that helps!!

Do you have any ideas on choosing quality chicken? Are there any brands you prefer?
