Theresa- I would love a knitted gift myself. I rarely knit for myself- is that the knitter’s curse? I am always working on a gift for someone else.

I have a flight in a couple of weeks and plan to take this with me to keep busy

As a sewer/knitter/crocheter I don’t often receive handmade gifts. But they are VERY special to me when I do receive them, because I know the time that went into them!
