I actually found it at the library and was sold immediately on it! It reviews cookware, ingredients, and they "test kitchen" all of the recipes to find the perfect recipe for everything. They had a show on PBS too. If you can get it from the library to peek through it, you will see how great it is! I asked for it for Christmas and my in-laws got it for me. I was over the moon!
