		<description>I love the pumpkin article!  Fall is also my favorite season because of pumpkins and the colors!  I was just wondering if you know how big of a deal it is to wait until after October 30th to do the pumpkin puree?  We were going to carve our pumpkins in the middle of October and I wondered if it would really matter if I make the puree then?  Thank you for all of your hard work!</description>
