I am still trying to figure how to sync Google Calendar with my iPhone!

My kids school uses Qlubb to get their classrooms organized.

And so we started using Qlubb for my extended family. It's pretty cool and easy for everyone (including my in laws) to use.

I use Gmail as my to-do list – I’ve set up a separate to do email address, and I’ve got a filter that sends them all immediately to a label. All I have to do is write me a quick email to that address with the info in the subject line.

I also use Google Calendar for my menu planning, blog schedule, and family routine.

Of course, you can’t get more streamlined and simple than Now Do This:

This is great! The only thing I use is excel for managing bills and a planner I got from the Dollar Store. I do need more organizational tools. Thanks!

We love google calendar. Since it’s web based you can change it anywhere! Each person in the family is colour coded. I really don’t know what we would do with out it!

yes, we love using Google calendar because it syncs with my husbands Outlook schedule at work and shows up on his Blackberry. Now he knows where I am during the day and remembers when he needs to come home early from work!
