I have used a recipe nearly identical to yours for the filling and LOVE it...the KEY LIME juice really makes it great! I use Nellie & Joes Key Lime Juice and love it. It is now available at Kroger and Meijer in our area-I used to have to get it at a specialty store. I will defintely try this crust recipe.
