I really felt like it was a genuine mistake, but I think they more than apologized and tried to make up for it. <br /><br />I don't know if they will repeat this event due to the cost and expense to the company. I am hoping that they will see the benefits of doing something like this. We all offered opinions on their product line and things we want to see from the company. <br /><br />I really was pleased with how it all turned out!!
