Amy,
Thanks to you, I'm loving my very clean fridge, pantry, and now the area beneath the kitchen sink. I'm leaving the floors until the weekend when I can hang the rugs outside all day. I find myself looking forward to cleaning each day - it seems so much easier knowing I just have to tackle one major task at a time!

Jennifer- Really, anything that you would drink! The stuff in the store that is labeled white wine for cooking, is actually riddled with sodium and doesn't have good flavor at all. I usually buy a bottle of Barefoot wine (about $4.58 at Wal-Mart) and that works well. You could also substitute that ingredient with chicken broth!!

I hope that helps!!!

Can you enlighten me as to what name, kind, brand of white wine you use when a recipe calls for white wine. I avoid recipes that use it because I am clueless as to what to look for in the store.
Thank you!
Smiles!
