I have never made home made pitas but I am drooling over those mini pizzas! I have a thing for personal pans from Pizza Hut. Maybe this would help my cravings! :-) Thanks for the new idea!

I like to season them a bit and make baked pita chips. The pizzas look yummy.

Leftover pitas? Is there such a thing???

In college I used to get a grilled cheese sandwich made at the dinning facility that was just a pita stuffed with cheese and then brushed with a bit of butter and grilled. Yummy! The pita sort of got a bit crunchy and the cheese was all gooey. . . back then I could afford the calories. . .

What a great idea and fairly healthy too. Thanks for the sauce recipe. I'm so into knowing what goes into the food I eat since I have an 8 month old wanting to eat everything I do. :)
