I called customer service, was told that the code was valid, and that the machine was probably just down, which the customer service rep seemed to think happened a lot. It was a lot of hassle for one free movie, not to mention making a special trip out to Wal-mart to get it, so I was just wondering if I should try again. Did you ever experience this?
