We load all our food into laundry baskets and set them outside with a few blankets over them. Unplug the freezer and wait. Like you said a wet/dry vac works great to suck up the water. But if you have a steam vac (for carpets) that will work too. All that is left is a quick wipe down and put the food back. I noticed it looks like you have an ice maker, but don't use it. We use ours, and the extra or "old" ice has a purpose also. I pack the garbage disposal full and turn it on with a little warm water running. It cleans all of the gunk out beautifully!! Your freezer looks nice and neat!
