I have a hard time cooking Chinese dishes at home, but I love to eat them. Chicken Lo Mein is one of my favorites, too...along with General Tsao Chicken. I'll have to brush up on my culinary skills using your suggested tips, and I will definitely involve the kids - my daughter is a better cook than me! Great ideas for coming up with a frugal menu.
