Well, you are going to get a glimpse inside our home since this morning’s segment was taped at our house. The segment that aired today discussed ways that you can keep your home warm without raising your heating bills. Lucky for me, my segment timed perfectly with our weather cooling down or I think this one would have been a dud! According to this week’s weather forecast, my tips might be put to good use this week out here in the Midwest.

HI there! came across your site while doing research for Our site..trying to figure out how people are looking up “staying warm” on the web. The web is a daunting place….it’s like a big bottomless pit of information! Anyway! I wanted to add one more option for you and your readers/viewers for getting and staying warm when it’s cold. To keep in the spirit of your article, Hotwears would be especially good for power outages or for times when you just really need to be warm! Hotwears are microfleece accessories that have pockets that hold heat packs. You can wear them around your neck, head, hands and core….and honestly? you won’t believe how wonderful they are….you can warm up your whole body and stay that way for hours. Please check out our website….if what you see interests you, let me know and I will send you a sample….then you can feel the Magic first hand! we are at http://www.hotwears.ca. Hope to hear from you! thanks, deb

Hi, found your site while doing research for a class on getting ready for winter. My Mother has taken styrofoam board insulation, cut to fit windows and in some rooms wall papered the side towards the room. She puts them in at night and takes them out if the sun is shining.
