Dunkin Donuts Coffee at Sam’s Club

I have been missing my Dunkin’ Donuts coffee in the morning. When we lived in Massachusetts, you couldn’t go half a block without seeing one of their locations. In Indiana, I would have to drive an hour just to get a cup of Dunkin’ Donuts coffee.

What a nice surprise to see that Sam’s Club is now carrying the Dunkin’ Donuts Original Blend coffee in bulk. While a tad more expensive than my usual coffee ($15.88 for 2.5 pounds) it is still cheaper than traveling all that way for a cup of this delicious goodness.

It brings back fond memories of going to work and splurging daily on a cup of coffee. I even had a cup that I kept at work to refill regularly. They would see me coming and start adding the skim milk and sugar- just how I like it! Now I am making my own coffee amidst crying children who might die if they don’t eat breakfast right this second and my morning coffee is a bit more rushed than it once was. Maybe there were a few perks of being in the working world, but I wouldn’t trade sharing a bowl of cereal with my kids any day!

Sound Off: Is there a particular brand of coffee that you are loyal to? Any good deals on coffee that you have found?

I don’t drink much coffee, and when I do, I drink it with half milk, so coffee lasts a long time at my house. Because I don’t buy it very often, I usually get mine through the Gevalia program. I can buy just 1 package and I get to regulate how often it comes. Right now, I’m doing every 20 weeks. I keep the coffee in the freezer so it stays relatively fresh. My favorite flavor of theirs is French Vanilla

I love Kona coffee…I live in NJ and the bagel shops here always carry the imported Kona coffee from Hawaii. It’s a little more expensive, but at $8.99/lb, it’s worth it! When I don’t have a chance to buy the ground Kona, I like Starbucks Breakfast Blend. It has a mild and very smooth flavor…so good!

I am not loyal to any brand. I just started drinking coffee. I think that is because of you Miss Amy and my daughter who started school. I love fat free french vanilla creamer with a little choc. syrup.

Amy let me borrow her french press and I am in love with it. It is easy for me and it holds around 2 cups of coffee. Which is nice.

Island Trader’s Coffee at Sam’s Club is the BEST too! I like flavored coffee. Hazelnut is awesome. Then for decaf they have Hazelnut Vanilla Creme. We buy whole beans and grind them daily ourselves. You can buy whole bean, or already ground. Excellent. We keep the beans in the freezer for best results (told this from the coffee plantation/farms in Hawaii when we visited/toured.)

    Blessings!

Buy it from a Dunkin shop or at http://www.dunkindonuts.com, not at Sam’s, CVS or some other place. That stuff has a ONE YEAR sell by date, but the coffee in Dunkin shops or at dunkindonuts.com has a 60 day sell by date!!!–so you will get fresher coffee. It will not hbave sat on the shelf for a yer, only 6 dyas max.
