My garden grew something! If you know me, you know what a miracle it truly is! Here are some of my cherry tomatoes I picked for my salad yesterday.

Congratulations on your harvest! You surely have a plant full of them, and will have cherry tomatoes out your ears before too long!

I’m still waiting for mine to turn red… I’m wondering if they ever will.

wow! How’d ya get tomatoes so soon? We just noticed that we have a “volunteer” tomato plant in our old garden spot. It has little green tomatoes on it!! I’m hoping we can have ‘maters this year despite the fact I didn’t put in a garden at all.
(first time in 10 years that we didn’t put on it)
    ENJOY!!

Actually, they all haven’t ripened yet, just a handful of them. The rest are still as green as can be. I can’t wait to eat more of them.

My problem has been that I keep picking at them and eating them as soon as I see any ripe ones. It ends up leaving little for me to look forward to :) What can I say? I am not patient at all!

Hats off to you Amy! CONGRATULATIONS!

We are picking Brandywines, cherry, plum, roma, BeefStake, BetterBoys and Parks Whopper right now.
We have been picking for about 2-3 weeks. Of course the first large green ones were made into Southern Fried Green Tomatoes.
I just love tomatoes in general. We have our second planting out and they are off to a running start as well.

So proud for you! Eat’em e up and it’s okay to be impatient. I think we’re all that way at some time or another.
