Amy - I think it is a wonderful idea to post about familes and children who have special needs - whatever the need may be. There is so much out there that we need to bring awareness to. I am the mother and wife to two Type 1 Diabetics. My son, Anthony, was diagnosed when he was 28 months old. I will be writing my story and would love to have you tell it on your site.

I am the mother of THREE special needs kids. They range in age from 19 to 5. I do have my own blog but I welcome to chance to raise awareness. And I am not shy, my life is but an open book. Your readers could ask me ANYTHING.

Suzanne B.
www.suzannebalvanz,blogspot.com

They could certainly remain anonymous and we would never use a last name or picture (unless the family requests this).

I have my first story and we will be featuring a family with a child who was diagnosed with skin cancer.

Thanks so much!

While I feel that this is a great idea, unless there was a way to be anonymous, I think most people wouldn't really be interested, especially kids with mental illnesses.
