Glad to hear nothing has died. But if it does, it is just part of the process.

I don't claim to be an expert, but I've gardened quite a bit, and have a few things in this year's gardent that aren't doing well. It is a learning experience!

I love mowing. If only because it's a solid hour with no children whining at my feet. (Apparently I need to get out more.) Unfortunately, being heavily pregnant during a South Carolina summer officially lands the job in Tim's lap.

Next year though... next year.

I, for one, would never laugh at your gardening attempts. I saw a great sign for a garden--at least, for my garden: "I Tried, But It Died." I don't have much luck with plants, except maybe flowers that start as bulbs. I think I am the only person on Long Island who can't grow tomatoes. But I keep trying!
I used to love to push our little hand-mower around the yard. It was the kind without a motor. It helped that I was young, strong...and we had less than a quarter acre, LOL! Now, I leave it up to my husband and sons.
