I'm up in NH and we are getting snow again today and more coming over the weekend so the crock pot will get lots of use. I love cooking that way so that when I get home, I don't have to hear "Whats for dinner and how long before we eat?". I've never used the liners, but now I think that I may give them a try. I actually wasn't impressed, but it was probably due to user error.<br /><br />Because of the extra plastic folded back over the opening, the lid didn't get put on my crockpot straight and a good bit of the liquid cooked out.<br /><br />It's not something I would buy on a regular basis (and I use my crock pot all the time), but I'm with you...it could be handy on those super-messy dishes!
