I noticed that Walmart is now carrying an off-brand of Splenda too (just in case you wanted to cut down the cost).<br /><br />The book is wonderful. I have a couple of more recipes that I want to review out of it- all of them have been delicious! I am so glad that you & your hubby enjoyed this recipe! I substituted the Splenda baking blend for the sugar (use 1/2 c instead of 1 c), which I am sure reduces the fat and calories by even more!
