I too love tilapia. It was a hit in our household especially during lent when everyone was tired of fish sticks and tuna casserole. I make mine by squeezing lemon juice over the fillets, dot them with butter and cover them with crushed saltines, wrap in foil and bake or grill. Yummy!

Thanks for the sympathy! I was pretty bummed, but at least I get some free advertising from the newsletter.

Yes, Aldi does sell Tilapia and that is actually where I purchased it. You can get it in the frozen section and it is $3.99 per bag. It has eight (thin) fillets per bag. I also noticed that the bag had another recipe on it that looked yummy. It was similar ingredients, just prepared another way.

Hope you can give the recipe a try- thanks for commenting!!

What a pain that you went through all that with this radio station segment the other day. How frustrating! I know you were really looking forward to it. I'm glad you'll be in the newsletter at least. I appreciat the Tilapia recipe. I am not really much of a fish person (unless it's fried), but I tried grilled? Tilapia at Red Lobster not too long ago and really liked it. It is a very mild fish. Does Aldi sell Tilapia?
