We love making BBQ chicken pizza! We always cover the crust with BBQ sauce before putting on the BBQ chicken - it gives the pizza extra flavor and a moister texture.

We also like making pesto chicken pizza. Cover the dough with pesto, then ricotta cheese, then chicken, then mozzarella cheese. Unfortunately, Aldi's doesn't usually carry pesto, so you'll have to make a stop at the regular grocery store first. :)
